Swimming Forest Hills Boys swimming and diving team downs the Lakers of Spring Lake 98-88 in a thriller at the Forest Hills Aquatic Center Tuesday night. Forest Hills captured only 5 first place victories and used it’s team depth to overcome Spring Lake efforts.

Mat Wilson captured the 200 yd. Freestyle title going 1:48.36 and he was followed by Daniel Bloedow, 3rd and Zach Stevenson, 4th.

Dakota Weinman touched 1st in the 200 yd. Individual Medley (2:05.38) and teammates Adam Sands, 4th and CJ Hier 5th.

Charlie Krug, Kaz Iwatsu and Mitch Miller touched 2nd, 3rd, 5th in the 50 yd. Freestyle.

The Forest Hills divers all scores personal bests with Ryan Talbot leading the team and Chance Spencer and Joe Mish following close behind.

Jonathan Bloedow touched out Spring Lake for 1st in the 100 yd. Butterfly and teammates Seth Fagen and Adam Sands followed with a 3rd and 4th place respectively.

Dakota Weinman, Daniel Bloedow and Brandon Lee raced to 3rd, 4th and 5th place finishes in the 100 yd Freestyle.

Charlie Krug lead a strong 500 yd. group winning the event in 4:59.65 and touching 3rd was Zach Stevenson and Isaac Vander Molen coming into the wall 3rd and 4th place.

Continuing the strong finish from the 500, Seth Fagen took 2nd in the 100 yd. Backstroke followed by teammates Jonathon Bloedow and CJ Hier finished 3rd and 4th.

Matt Wilson picked up his 2nd victory of the meet touching 1st in the 100 yd. Breaststroke (1:030.2) and Brand Lee, 2nd and Kaz Iwatsu 4th helped to provide important team points.

Forest Hills is now 3-0 overall, 2-0 in conference.
